About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Vascular Interventional Radiology. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing radiographic and other procedures at the request of a licensed practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vascular-interventional procedures based on the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) standards and code of ethics.
  • Understand and adhere to departmental exam protocols.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities using the APIE model.
  • Prepare, administer, and document activities related to contrast media and medications in accordance with state and federal regulations or institutional policy.
  • Continually assess professional performance as a responsible member of the health care team by means of quality improvement and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy certification.
  • ARRT certification.
  • Three years of clinical experience in Diagnostic Imaging Modality.
  • Some experience in Special Procedures.
  • Successful completion of an accredited educational program in radiologic technology.
