Neonatology Specialist

Position Overview:

Hackensack Meridian Health, Ocean University Medical Center is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist with fellowship training to enhance our Faculty Practice team in Brick, New Jersey. This is a remarkable opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment alongside esteemed colleagues and residents.

Key Features of the Opportunity:

• 5-bed Level II special care nursery.
• In-house coverage provided 24 hours a day, with on-call responsibilities averaging 7-8 times per month, including 2 weekends, based on the schedule.
• Potential for Level III coverage at our affiliated Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of neonatologists, respiratory therapists, registered nurses, and support personnel.
• Responsible for the care of well-baby nursery and all high-risk deliveries.

Qualifications Required:

• Active New Jersey Medical License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
• Medical degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
