Job Title: Director, Actuarial

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Actuarial to join our Business Insurance Actuarial and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading actuarial and analytical initiatives, driving business outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead actuarial and analytical initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement actuarial and analytical solutions
  • Provide expert actuarial and analytical guidance to business stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain actuarial and analytical models and tools
  • Manage and lead a team of actuarial and analytical professionals

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in actuarial and analytical roles
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and industry
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to present and translate complex information in relevant business terms
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office) and programming skills (e.g., SQL, SAS)
