Job Summary:
Audiologist needed to perform age-appropriate audiology assessments and examinations for Military Veterans and qualified family members. Each assessment/examination is a minimum of 30 minutes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, test, diagnose, and manage disorders of human hearing, balance, and tinnitus
- Determine range, nature, and degree of hearing function related to patient's aural communication needs using electro-acoustic instrumentation
- Maintain accurate patient records noting appropriate background information, responses, and progress
- Provide written reports and progress notes
- Identify differential diagnosis
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Audiology
- Holds certificate of clinical competence-Audiology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Fluency in EMR systems & technology
- Minimum 1+ years practice experience
