Job Description

As a Housekeeping Professional with Healthcare Services Group, Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment in long-term care facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Maintaining records of cleaning activities and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Interacting positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Housekeeping Professional, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• The ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• The ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• The ability to work around cleaning products.

Location

This position is available at various locations throughout the country. Residency within the service area is required.
