Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on paint equipment, including e-coat and wastewater systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and quality control.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Science or Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in paint equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of wastewater treatment and e-coat processes.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
