Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, while maintaining patient care policy guidelines.
  • Identify and report any conditions requiring management attention, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Assist with ambulation and transfer of residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record resident vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
  • Participate in routine care activities, such as turning and positioning residents, and providing reality orientation as directed.
Requirements
  • Nursing Assistant Certification from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-discipline and a genuine interest in caring for elderly and handicapped individuals.
  • Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and Company safety policies and procedures.
