Job Title: Kitchen Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Staff member to join our team at Precept Wine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to our preset standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Buss tables and pre-buss as guests have empty dishes.
  • Wash and dry all dishes in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.
  • Responsible for the appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment.
  • Take great care of our guests, clients, VIPs, and any other guest visiting our property.
  • Make sure that all food is being checked for quality throughout service.
  • Prep and execute daily service when it's being offered.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

  • Punctuality, professional appearance, and demeanor are always required.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
  • Must have a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Communicate effectively, professionally, and honestly with all Precept Wine team members.
  • Act in accordance with the culture and values of Precept Wine.

We expect our kitchen staff to possess exemplary communication skills and to be trustworthy, professional, and honest when working with teammates and guests. We host some very large events, and keeping a good attitude is essential.
