About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cox Automotive. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with fleet vehicles.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle availability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related field.
  • Master-level ASE certification or equivalent.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
