Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers throughout the labor and delivery process, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
* Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, assess progress during labor, and assist with pain management techniques to ensure a safe and comfortable birthing experience.
* Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized birth plans and interventions.
* Assist with childbirth, including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other obstetric procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
* Educate and support mothers and their families during the postpartum period, providing breastfeeding assistance, newborn care instruction, and emotional support for the transition to parenthood.

Requirements:

* Current RN license
* BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
* Two years of recent labor and delivery nursing experience.
* Strong communication and adaptability skills.
