We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nutrition Services Aide to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital. As a key member of our food service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through the preparation and delivery of nutritious meals.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver patient trays, ensuring proper temperatures and portion sizes.
- Stock supplies in various areas of the hospital and operate a POS system.
- Perform minor food preparation and portioning tasks in accordance with departmental policy.
- Deliver snacks and breaks to patients and ensure they are delivered to the proper areas.
- Help in tray assembly and delivery to patients.
- Pick up soiled trays in a timely manner and return them to the kitchen for proper cleaning and storage.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Customer service and/or food service experience preferred, but not necessary.
