Job Summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will assist doctors in performing cardiac catheterizations to diagnose and treat heart conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and prepare patients for cardiac procedures, including vital sign monitoring, lab result review, and medication administration.
  • Assist doctors during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other cardiac procedures.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and be prepared to intervene in emergency situations.
  • Be proficient in all cardiac equipment used for catheterization and EKG interpretation.
  • Titrate IV medications and provide reassurance and insight to patients and their families.
  • Interact with patients and families, relaying concerns and questions to physicians and informing them of changes in patient condition.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in patient charts and ensure proper supply stocking.
Requirements
  • RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in the Cath Lab.
  • Active AHA BLS, ACLS Certification required, TNCC preferred.
