Job Summary:

We are seeking a Newly Graduated Nurse to join our team at Phoebe Health. As a New Graduate Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our experienced nursing staff.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • You will provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing education to patients and their families.
  • You will also participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AAS or BSN degree from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
