As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of our warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Staff Management: Schedule personnel based on client needs and schedule, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet demand.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily unloading of trucks, ensuring that all products are properly received, stored, and distributed to clients.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and investigating any incidents or accidents.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that all client needs are met.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and customer service metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success in managing teams, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of warehouse staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management software and other relevant systems.
