Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure accurate and efficient processing of merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with customers to provide a positive shopping experience, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
  • Merchandise Presentation: Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, and maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
  • Backroom Maintenance: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organization: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
