As a Clinical Director, you will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center. You will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the clinical operations of the surgery center
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Manage and supervise clinical staff, including nurses, technicians, and other support staff
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Director or in a similar leadership role
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field
