About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Manager Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing operational activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with senior management to establish budgets and manage labor costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational activities to ensure efficient delivery of services
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Work closely with senior management to establish budgets and manage labor costs
• Coach and develop employees to improve individual performance
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to operational processes and procedures
• Train new employees in hiring, training, and development
• Proactively communicate with customers and resolve issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and represent the company in a professional manner
