Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Miller & Associates Consulting Engineers, P.C. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in bookkeeping or administration and possess strong knowledge of accounting software, such as Deltek.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger reconciliation. Additionally, they will perform account analysis and assist with financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and account analysis. A proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Deltek, is essential.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
