We are seeking a full-time Residential Program Coordinator in the Rochester area. This role involves overseeing the safety and well-being of individuals with diverse needs in a residential environment, while also facilitating activities and community engagement aligned with each individual's Individual Plan (IP). The position reports directly to the Program Operations Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and supervise activities tailored to individuals' specific IPs, ensuring opportunities for community involvement. Manage and provide guidance to Direct Support Professionals in their roles. Maintain accurate attendance and payroll documentation for Direct Support Professionals. Conduct regular meetings with Direct Support Professionals to assess program needs and offer necessary training. Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and fiscal responsibility across all residential programs. Uphold adherence to established policies and procedures within the program. Participate in the assessment and development of Individual Plans, including annual updates and necessary revisions. Engage in the IP process, including development, team reviews, and implementation, in accordance with regulatory standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Operations Director.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

At least two years of supervisory experience. A valid driver's license. Familiarity with 6400 regulations is essential. A Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution with one year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.

OR

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with two years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.

OR

An Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited institution with four years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
