About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
  • Assist in the maintenance of restaurant equipment, including oil fryers, HVAC units, and lighting
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Assist in the upkeep of the restaurant's exterior grounds
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
