Admissions Nurse

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Admissions Nurse to join our team at River Oaks Hospital. As an Admissions Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting the intake and admission process, promoting patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of River Oaks Hospital.

• Support the purpose and procedures of the entire intake and admission process
• Perform duties in accordance with the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families

• Current license to practice nursing in LA (or eligible to receive or renew)
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Computer proficient with previous heavy data entry experience
• Experience in inpatient setting preferred
