Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure new hires are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor new hires during the training period, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of new hires and existing employees.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:
