Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, storing, recording, and serving meals, beverages, and snacks for residents based on their requests and established policies.
  • Clean dishes, equipment, and work areas according to established procedures and schedules.
  • Create a positive dining experience for residents that promotes their independence, choice, and overall well-being.
  • Encourage resident participation in the dining program and meal activities.
  • Set and clear dining tables, assist residents with menu selection, meal, and beverage service, and clean the dining room according to established procedures and schedules.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
