**About the Opportunity:**
We invite applications for a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our Episcopal Health Services Inc. team. This is a full-time temporary & part-time permanent role.
**Job Description:**
This Clinical Support Specialist will perform a range of technical and rehabilitative functions to support patient care; identify patient needs, provide clinical intervention, and conduct vital sign collections, including Blood Pressure, Phlebotomy venipuncture, and EKG.
Key Duties:
- Conducts phlebotomy venipuncture and collects vital signs as required.
- Supports patients with daily living activities and provides basic clinical interventions.
- Works collaboratively with healthcare teams to assess patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- National Health Career Association (N.H.A.) certification as a PCT is mandatory; additional certifications in Phlebotomy and EKG are an asset.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and communication purposes.
