  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues in guest rooms to ensure prompt attention to these matters.
  • Process guest items left in rooms according to our lost and found policy to ensure that guests' belongings are returned to them.
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to our EarthView program to minimize our environmental impact.
  • Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short-staffed or during peak periods to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Monitor and respond to guest satisfaction scores to ensure that we are meeting our guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English.
