Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor Vital Signs: Measure and record residents' blood pressure, temperature, and other vital signs as needed.
  • Support Mobility and Transfers: Safely move residents in and out of wheelchairs, beds, and other equipment, and reposition them as required.
  • Assist with Meals and Hydration: Serve meals to residents and help with feeding as needed, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Report Concerns: Observe residents' conditions during your shift and report any concerns or changes to the broader nursing team.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
