Painter and Coater Technician

Morgan Truck Body is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Painter to join our team. As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for painting and preparing trucks to customer specifications at a high level of skill and quality.

The estimated salary for this role is $24.00 per hour, which can increase to $28.00 per hour based on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, as well as a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company Match.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to read and interpret blueprints, set up and perform preventative maintenance on tools and machines, and work safely and efficiently. Previous experience working on truck bodies and manufacturing is preferred but not required.

This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment, where you'll frequently stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 35 pounds. The ideal candidate will have the ability to climb ladders and/or work in high places, perform repetitive tasks using their hands, and have good hand-eye coordination.
