Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the development and optimization of our art production processes. This role is essential in ensuring that our artistic vision is realized efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of art production workflows.
  • Develop tools aimed at enhancing the productivity of the art creation process.
  • Collaborate with artists to identify and resolve challenges associated with art asset development.
  • Gain insights from senior technical artists to bolster technical expertise and comprehension of intricate art systems.
  • Engage in the ongoing improvement of processes to facilitate seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical art capacity, ideally within the gaming sector.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) and Unreal Engine 4/5.
  • Basic programming skills in Python or a similar language.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience.
