Lead Financial Analyst

Core Responsibilities:
The role encompasses a wide range of accounting duties, including but not limited to, managing the general ledger, overseeing accounts payable, handling fixed assets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, this position is responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, cost analysis, assisting in the annual budgeting process, monthly reconciliations, inventory oversight, and the accurate recording and timely reporting of financial transactions.
This position will also play a pivotal role in the execution, communication, and interpretation of financial policies, enhancements in controls and systems; supervising both external and internal audit functions while ensuring robust internal controls are upheld; and providing analytical insights to various departments regarding accounting matters, all while driving ongoing cost efficiencies throughout the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years of experience in financial closing and reporting in alignment with GAAP standards
Previous experience in Accounting/Finance within the Manufacturing sector
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA certification and/or an Advanced Business degree
Experience in Public Accounting
Proficient in Advanced Excel
Leadership or supervisory experience
Familiarity with SAP and/or Power BI
