Job Description:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality. This role represents the company for all production-related items.


Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead field productivity and leadership, overseeing a group of field production leaders
Grow the leadership team to the next level
Build the strategic footprint of the Production group, including growth timelines, productivity, and overall vision for the team
Train all leaders on company rules, policies, and agreements, ensuring compliance within each team
Lead and communicate at a high level to hold all leaders accountable to client standards and outline for continued growth

Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of construction field operations experience and direct leadership experience
Experience running multiple projects (4+) at a time with combined project values exceeding $45mil
Prior experience in the commercial HVAC/plumbing industry is a must
Strong preference for multifamily space experience
