LPN Medical Management Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic medical management team. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with patients, providers, and healthcare sponsors to guide them toward quality, cost-effective health outcomes through telephonic medical management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic medical management services to patients and healthcare sponsors.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to ensure quality, cost-effective health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- CURRENT LICENSE AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN).
- AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF BEDSIDE CLINICAL EXPERIENCE.
- STRONG TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- ABILITY TO TYPE AT LEAST 35 WORDS PER MINUTE WITH MINIMAL ERRORS.
- COMFORT WITH MULTI-TASKING, INCLUDING SIMULTANEOUS TALKING AND TYPING.
