About the Role
Credit & Collection Associate - Breakthru Beverage Group
We are seeking an experienced Credit & Collection Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the collection process, maintaining good working relationships with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with state liquor laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, bills, and deductions
- Identify and resolve issues causing unpaid bills, short pays, or deductions
- Make informed decisions based on credit procedures
- Lead the collection process, researching and resolving customer A/R process and reducing delinquency deductions
- Process payments efficiently and verify accuracy
- Prepare daily accounts receivable deposit, including creating receipts for entry and balancing receipts to checks

Requirements
- Associates degree in Accounting or Business preferred
- 2+ years in accounts receivable or related area
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with automated accounting systems
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP software a plus
