Construction Equipment Operator

Overview

UIC is a prominent player in the construction sector, committed to quality and advancement. We are currently in search of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to become part of our workforce for an upcoming project.

Job Description:

  • Utilize various heavy machinery, such as rock trucks, bulldozers, excavators, and forklifts
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations consistently

Responsibilities:

  • Execute equipment operations under the supervision of the site manager
  • Fulfill additional duties as directed by the team

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in operating a variety of heavy machinery
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Qualifications:

  • CDL certification is mandatory
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Prior experience as a heavy equipment operator
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
