Caregiver for At-Risk Youth

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at Wholeness Haven Inc.

The Direct Care Staff will play a vital role in enhancing and protecting the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care. This includes providing supervision, support, and guidance to ensure the children's safety and well-being.

• Provide individualized care and support to children with diverse needs and abilities.
• Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
• Implement and follow children's service plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Document daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare meals and snacks, and perform light housekeeping activities.
• Dispense medication and provide companionship to children.
• Assist with errands and shopping, and maintain a clean and organized living environment.

• Previous experience as a caregiver with at-risk youth in a residential treatment center setting is preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills is essential.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective teamwork and collaboration.
