Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at Manpower Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of commercial HVAC systems in our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain HVAC Systems: Inspect, test, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct Performance Testing: Test and analyze HVAC system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate as necessary.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience: As a Certified Refrigerant Technician.
  • Certifications: CFC Certification required; certification in at least two of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration Systems, Process Controls, Mechanical Power Transmissions, Painting, Plumbing, Carpentry, or Engine Repair.
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills: Required.
  • Basic Financial Knowledge: Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and commissions, and perform basic financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook: Required.
