Join Our Team at University House Issaquah

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (LPN/RN) to become a valued member of our Community Health team at University House Issaquah in Issaquah, WA.

About the Role

As a Community Health Nurse, you will contribute to the assessment of residents, implement health care services, and collaborate with the Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide resident and family education
  • Schedule tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and within allotted time
  • Maintain resident confidentiality to assure all rights are protected
  • Read, write, and communicate in English; Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Pass DSHS background check, required
Requirements
  • WA State RN or LPN
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with older adults; nursing experience in an assisted living facility preferred
  • Complete Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving
  • Complete Caregiver Mental Health and Dementia specialty training
  • Current CPR certificate
