Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Accountant will be tasked with a variety of essential functions, including but not limited to:

  • Preparation and meticulous review of intricate financial statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Management of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of complex general ledger accounts.
  • Conducting detailed analyses and reconciliations of accounts.
  • Oversight of invoice processing, expense management, and payment transactions.
  • Guidance in the formulation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analysis of budget variances, providing insightful feedback to management.
  • Coordination and support during internal and external audits.
  • Preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor inquiries.
  • Execution of comprehensive financial analyses to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities.
  • Supervision and support of accounting personnel.
  • Ensuring all documentation is precise and readily accessible for audits and reviews.
  • Engagement in ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of accounting experience.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
