Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Shop Supervisor at our Menifee location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management and leadership, a positive demeanor, and a collaborative spirit, along with a genuine passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Shop Supervisor is responsible for steering the success of the assigned location by:

  • Taking full ownership of daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Fostering a vibrant customer experience and a supportive team environment.
  • Upholding Monsta Snow's quality standards, values, and principles, while holding the team accountable.
Daily Duties

The Shop Supervisor's daily tasks include:

  • Overseeing all operational aspects of the shop, including managing and training staff.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining an inviting store atmosphere.
  • Ensuring the shop is well-stocked and organized at all times.
  • Conducting regular staff performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Creating and adjusting training programs for new hires.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Handling cash management, including bank deposits and maintaining adequate change.
  • Promoting a safe work environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience, with 3+ years preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A current Food Handler's Card.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • The physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Work Schedule: This position requires a commitment of 35-40 hours per week, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Compensation: Starting wages will be determined based on experience.
