Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Matrix Innovations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust concept for optimizing existing and newly designed processes in the context of Municipal Integration Management.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and coordinate a comprehensive concept for process optimization, focusing on legally binding, uniform, and transparent decision-making.
  • Manage existing and new processes and procedures, and participate in special individual cases as part of fact-finding or case coordination.
  • Implement internal coordination processes with involved departments, including general administration, legal department, and department and division management.
  • Coordinate and dialogue on the topic of Legal Consolidation of the Integration of Foreigners with Special Integration Services with Municipal Integration Management.
  • Prepare reports for department and administrative management on concept, implementation, and execution, including evaluation and preparation of press reports.
  • Develop and implement topic-related qualification concepts for employees, as well as quality assurance and controlling.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of Municipal Integration Management and the ability to develop and implement effective process optimization concepts.
