Dishwasher Coordinator

At The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club, we are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen.

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, and pans to ensure they are food-safe for use.
• Operate commercial dishwashers to maximize efficiency and minimize water consumption.
• Hand-wash delicate items that cannot be washed in the dishwasher.

• Prioritize loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware to ensure efficient cleaning.
• Unload cutlery and dishes from the kitchen while loading and organizing them into trays for the washer.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a similar environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
