Ariba Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ariba Administrator to join our team at Revlon. As a key member of our Global Procurement function, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of Ariba, our e-procurement platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Ariba, providing guidance and support to users and resolving technical issues.
• Facilitate the use of Ariba across the organization, ensuring users are trained and equipped to use the system effectively.
• Work closely with IT to resolve system issues and develop reports to support Global Procurement.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to Ariba users, including access, training, and guidance.
• Develop and maintain user guides and support materials to ensure seamless user experience.
• Work with Shared Services/AP to ensure all suppliers are enabled on Ariba e-commerce and develop plans to enable suppliers not yet enabled.
• Monitor online catalogs for updates and load Global Procurement-related contracts into Ariba Contracts as needed.
• Circulate reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to Global Procurement on a periodic basis.

Requirements

• Expertise in Ariba and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service ethic.
• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to development and a willingness to continuously learn and develop oneself.

Education and Experience

BA preferred or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
