Clinical Psychologist

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for adult members. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality care to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical treatment programs for adult members with acute or chronic mental health needs.
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Conduct psychological assessments, including test administration, interpretation, and recommendations.
- Prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries, and maintain ongoing confidential records.
- Collaborate with physicians in screening and evaluating patients for psychotropic medications.
- PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health, or School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Psychologist License (California) within 6 months of hire.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Knowledge of DSM-V, Evidence-Based Practice, and psychotherapy research methods.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks/objectives in a timely manner.
- Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention, individual, and group psychotherapy.
- Demonstrated experience in psychological evaluations of adults, children, adolescents, and families.
- Professional maturity and ethical integrity necessary for assuming professional responsibilities.
