Job Description

As a Licensed Clinician at Thriveworks, you will be responsible for providing a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Newton, MA. We offer flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your needs.

Salary and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a guaranteed annual salary of up to $74,500, depending on licensure and session availability. Additionally, we offer paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and bonus opportunities based on performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
  • You should be licensed and living in the state where you will be practicing
  • You should be willing to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • You should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working with diverse populations
