Customer Service and Medical Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Medical Case Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and determining approvals, eligibility, and informing medical providers about client authorizations. Your role will also involve issuing General Operating Procedures (GOPs) according to policy and client requirements.

In this position, you will be working with international members who require medical treatments or procedures, providing guidance, support, and advice to ensure they receive the necessary care. You will also be responsible for responding to routine phone inquiries and written correspondence related to authorizations and claims status.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical, detail-oriented, and accuracy skills. You must be able to manage your time effectively, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with medical providers and clients.

**Required Skills & Experience: **

  • Bilingual/English and Spanish required; Portuguese/French a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and health insurance field preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and accuracy skills are required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
