Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping/Receiving Assistant to join our team in Bothell, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in shipping/receiving, MS Excel, and MS Office, as well as a high school diploma or GED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties, working out of a central warehouse.
  • Use a computer system for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.
  • FOLLOW shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules, and requirements.
  • Receive incoming materials or prepare materials for shipment.
  • Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
  • Report materials shipped and bills of lading.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $22.00/hour, paid on a temp basis (9 months). The job requires a 4/10 hr/week commitment, working a standard first shift schedule.
