About the Program

Our Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive, 12-month program designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a registered nurse. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, you'll gain the confidence and expertise to deliver high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do
  • Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
