Aramark Healthcare is in search of a dedicated and skilled professional to become a part of our innovative and caring healthcare team as a Clinical Dietitian at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Waxahachie.
In this position, you will engage in a dynamic, patient-focused setting, delivering exceptional care to a varied patient demographic. The Clinical Dietitian will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare experts, to create and execute tailored nutrition strategies for patients.

Waxahachie is a 125-bed, comprehensive healthcare facility located in Waxahachie, Texas. It is part of the expansive Baylor Scott & White Health system, recognized as the largest not-for-profit healthcare network in Texas. The medical center provides a wide array of inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, women's health, and diagnostic imaging. Additionally, the hospital boasts a full-service rehabilitation center, offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' nutritional needs and formulate personalized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health conditions, and individual requirements.
- Deliver education and guidance to patients and their families regarding proper nutrition, healthy eating practices, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to establish and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutritional care.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust their nutrition plans as necessary.
- Remain informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of clinical nutrition.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD/RDN within six months.
- Licensed Dietitian status in Texas within six months of hire.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to assisting patients in achieving optimal health through effective nutrition.
