As a Residential Care Specialist at Moody Neuro Rehabilitation Institute, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily lives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide 24-hour supervision and documentation of client activities in the residential area.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well with diverse populations, including individuals with cognitive and behavioral challenges.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.">
  • Knowledge of behavioral management strategies and techniques, including the levels system.">
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including seizure reports, ADL check sheets, medication sheets, shift change reports, critical incident reports, client charts, and more.">
  • Certified in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) and hold current CPR and first aid certifications.">
  • Valid Driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent required.">

Work Environment:

Our residential care program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our team members are expected to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
