Newborn Caregiver

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Newborn Caregiver to join our team at Wyndy, Inc. as a live-in or live-out newborn nanny/babysitter in Oskaloosa, IA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch care and nurturing to our newborn baby, including feeding, changing, and soothing.
  
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  
• Support our family's needs and preferences, while also being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  
• Hold a valid CPR and First Aid certification, or be willing to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
  

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with infants and young children.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our family.
  
• Ability to follow directions and work independently, with minimal supervision.
  
• A non-smoker with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a newborn nanny or caregiver.
  
• Knowledge of infant development and care best practices.
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
