Diagnostic Imaging Opportunity

TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a travel assignment in Rochester, New York.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiologic Technologist to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a Computed Tomography (CT) Scanner Operator, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on the scanning process
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent
  • Experience working with CT scanners and other diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
